• You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@evasq.com. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

1.2 After Shipment:

• If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. You can refuse the delivery of the package, and once it is returned to us, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. If you need to cancel a custom or personalized order, please contact us immediately to check if cancellation is still possible.

• If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3.2 Partial Cancellations:

• If you wish to cancel only part of your order, the refund process will be the same as for full cancellations. The refund will be for the cancelled items only.
